Jessica Joseph is an inspirational female leader in the influencer industry. She is the Founder of Season25, a full-service talent-first management company that aims to change the standards of traditional management.
Jessica founded Season25 4 years ago, to better represent the Black community in the creative industry. The company now represents incredible growing talent including Dami Hope, Madam Joyce, and OG creator Sammi Maria.
After 7 years of working in Influencer Marketing, she has represented diverse talent across campaigns with global brands including Nike, Tinder, McDonald's, and Netflix.
Creating a more diverse industry
Jessica works with brands actively trying to educate themselves and be more inclusive of the excellent emerging Black creatives in the influencer space and creative industry.
When the Black Lives Matter movement gained increased attention in 2020, there was a lot of conversation around inclusivity and representation of people of color, yet Jessica has recently noticed this conversation has been dying down.
She emphasizes the importance of brands having an open dialogue with agencies like Season25 to educate themselves on the steps they can take to support and represent Black influencers all year round. Thanks to some great brands being open to these conversations, Jess is now working on a consultancy basis with some brands who want to create a better industry.
