We are pleased to welcome Oju Williams to the Digital Voices team as Head of People and Culture. Oju has an impressive background working in HR roles across the NHS, Shelter UK, and the Royal College of Art, so brings a wealth of experience to our dynamic, growing team.
Welcoming Oju to the team will allow us to put an even greater emphasis on creating a positive working culture, enhancing regular team training, and allowing us to continue creating a workplace that not only values diverse talent but also nurtures a vibrant and collaborative environment.
I think we’ll see more emphasis on Diversity & Inclusion in Influencer Marketing, with more campaigns being representative of our society.
Solving problems! It doesn’t matter how big or small, finding and implementing solutions has always been what gives me the most satisfaction. I always want to make things better where I can.
I have to shout out Sadaka, a charity in Reading that provides food and personal items every week to those who need it. My husband and I have been volunteering there for some time now and it’s great to be able to give back and be a part of something that makes such a big difference to my local community.
