Which? is a well-established source for everyday advice, bringing together a team of dedicated professionals from diverse fields, including scientists, mystery shoppers, policy experts, campaigners, and investigative journalists.
Their straightforward advice is designed to be accessible, relatable, and practical, helping people make informed decisions with confidence.
In our second campaign with Which? The aim was to collaborate with influencers who could showcase Which? As the go-to place to get answers to everyday questions across verticals such as DIY and home improvements, travel and holidays, and personal finances.
The target demographic for the campaign was an age 35+ UK audience, so it was essential to partner with influencers who have a strong affinity with this community.
In order to spread awareness of Which? Far and wide, we partnered with 3 influencers on Instagram that fit into the macro/celebrity category. Sam Thompson who has 2.6 million Instagram followers, Joe Swash with 2 million Instagram followers, and duo Rose and Rosie who have a combined Instagram following of 958,000 – content was shared on Rose’s account.

Rose and Rosie have been creating content as a couple on YouTube since their third date almost 12 years ago! They’re now active on Instagram and TikTok too, engaging audiences with content surrounding being an LGBTQ+ couple, family life, and comedy.
After encountering some DIY disasters during their home renovation process, they shared how Which? Has enabled them to get quick answers to ensure the rest of their renovation process is seamless and they get the best deals possible as they prepare for the arrival of their second child.
