Happy Thanksgiving!🌟
To celebrate the US holiday, we want to reflect on the last year since launching Digital Voices’ very own US office, and give thanks to our awesome US team that has grown from 0 to 10 in the past year!
Digital Voices expanded to the US in 2022, just over a year ago, as our CEO Jenny just couldn’t ignore growth opportunity for an Influencer Marketing agency stateside. Influencer Marketing is big in the UK, but it’s even BIGGER in America.Â
After some intense planning, many insightful conversations, and securing a visa, Jenny moved out to New York in April 2022, and the rest is history…Â
Since launching in the US, we have worked with over 8 brand clients including Hinge, Lionsgate, and DoorDash.
Not only are the brands we’re working with incredible, but the creators we’ve partnered with are pretty epic too. Macro influencers like Alix Earle, Monet McMichael, and the Try Guys have created content that has driven excellent results. We’ve also done some amazing brand awareness campaigns with micro creators for brands like Trilogy.Â
But what we’re most thankful for is our outstanding US team that has allowed us to keep on growing in the States, and ramp up our campaign production for world-renowned brands.
What has been your highlight of moving to the US to work?Â
Working with some incredible household brands who are challenging the Influencer Marketing norm, as well as seeing the US team grow so quickly!
Fun fact! Chloé started her Digital Voices journey in the UK but made the move to the States to be our first member of the US team.
Who would be your dream brand client?Â
Right now, I love the creativity coming from Skims. The Ultimate Nipple Bra and the Holiday Campaign are so fun and playful. I love how creative and unique their Ads are.
Who is your favorite US content creator and why?Â
I honestly have been loving Sofia Richie Grainge’s content on TikTok. Although she’s not a full-time content creator I think that her joining TikTok during her wedding was a great PR move and really pushed her into the spotlight. Her content shares a different more raw look at her life which is why I think she’s doing so well with it.
What are you most thankful for today? Â
I am thankful for my job, which has given me the opportunity to turn my greatest passions and interests into a career, allowing me to pursue what I love every day!Â
Which social media platform is your favorite and why?Â
YouTube and TikTok, because both can be used as search engines as well as entertainment.Â
What do you love about being a creator?Â
I love being able to share the things I’m passionate about while building a community of like-minded members to connect and relate with.Â
What is your favorite TikTok trend at the moment and why?Â
I’m mostly on fashion TikTok so I don’t see tons of the trending sounds but I love watching people’s OOTD’s, hauls, and favorite vintage items. I get a lot of inspo from there.Â
Who would be your dream brand client?Â
I am a huge music fan and love the ways Spotify continues to creatively support music consumption and artist careers through the marketing initiatives they’ve rolled out like daylists, Spotify Wrapped (it’s almost that time!), album release activations with artists, and so much more. I am excited to continue to see what they do! Â
What are you most thankful for today?Â
I am thankful for the health of my friends and family and the time I’ll get to share with them over the holidays!Â
