Charlotte Stavrou, Founder and CEO of SevenSix a UK-based Talent Management and Influencer Marketing Agency, has a unique perspective on the Influencer Marketing world. With experience as both a creator and a marketer, Charlotte sees the industry from all sides – and she's using her experience to make a change.
As a creator, she understands the struggles influencers face, from figuring out how much to charge to dealing with tricky brand contracts. Her mission at SevenSix is to work with brands to create impact in campaigns while supporting creators and making sure they get valued for their work.
One of the biggest issues Charlotte has tackled is the pay gap between influencers of different ethnicities. Every year she creates an influencer pricing report that aims to guide creators to setting their rates and educate brands on the value of working with influencers and the fees that come with it.
The most recent report discovered presented that Black influencers earn 34% less than their white counterparts. And for South East Asian influencers, that number jumps to 57%! Charlotte is determined to fix it by educating influencers, agencies, and brands on fair pricing.
At the core of Charlotte’s mission is the belief that influencers are the heart of the industry. Without them, the Creator Economy wouldn’t exist, so Charlotte and her team are passionate about building an industry that reflects our diverse society.
