Whether it's recipes, restaurant reviews, must-try food combos, or niche cocktail recommendations, foodie influencers are taking the internet by storm. The rise of food influencers has made discovering and accessing global cuisines and recipes more accessible than ever before.

A quick scroll through TikTok or Instagram Reels reveals creators sharing content like, “Here’s what I bought at the Asian supermarket and the recipes I made with my haul,” or “Discover this unique liquor brewed in a tiny village and see how I incorporate it into a drink you can make at home.” On long-form platforms like YouTube, you’ll find detailed recipe videos where creators cook global cuisines from scratch, guide you through their process and ingredient recommendations, and even describe how the final dish tastes.

Food and drink brands should be working with foodie influencers because they offer a direct line to engage audiences passionate about all things culinary. If food and drinks are an influencer's bread and butter, their genuine recommendations are trusted by followers eager to indulge in their suggestions.

Here are 10 foodie influencers you need to have on your radar for your next campaign or to refresh your feed: 

  1. Mads aka Cripandip 

Mads also known as Cripandip, is the ultimate comfort watch on TikTok. Since starting her channel in 2021, she has become the go-to creator for London restaurant recommendations, especially her sandwich ratings from the city's most-hyped bakeries and hungover takeaways. She also cooks, and her series 'carbs are a must before a night out' and homemade pickle ventures have also become fan favorites on her channel.

Mads was the perfect influencer partner for our campaign with the whiskey brand, Ballantine’s. Mads created delicious content to showcase RZA's x Ballantine's limited edition sriracha sauce, in collaboration with Flying Goose.

  1. Rachel Ama

Rachel Ama is a plant-based food influencer known for her flavorful recipes inspired by her Caribbean roots, travels, and love for hearty meals. A decade ago, she eliminated dairy from her diet, leading her to embrace a fully plant-based lifestyle. Rachel's mission is to redefine plant-based eating with bold, nostalgic, and creative dishes.

Author of two cookbooks, "Rachel Ama's Vegan Eats" and "Rachel Ama's One Pot: 3 Ways," she views cooking as a way to connect with love, history, and culture. Rachel inspires her audience to experiment with plant-based cooking through her social media channels. 

She has collaborated with some incredible brands in the foodie space including Candy Kittens, Waitrose, and All Plants.  

  1. Gaz Oakley 

Gaz Oakley, also known as Avant-Garde Vegan has a background in professional cooking and is now a leading voice in the plant-based food community. He has a passion for transforming traditional dishes into exciting vegan creations to share with his social media following.

Thanks to his growth in social media presence, Gaz has had the opportunity to write multiple cookbooks, including "Vegan 100" and "Plants Only Kitchen," and work with some incredible brands including Wagamama, Mahou Beer, and Holland & Barrett. 

  1. Chasing a Plate

Thomas and Sheena, the duo behind 'Chasing a Plate,' are a couple from New Zealand on a global adventure to find the best food. They are driven by their love for travel and culinary delights and believe that food is a gateway to understanding diverse cultures and forging connections with people worldwide. 

Through their vibrant adventures showcased on YouTube, they aim to inspire their audience to start their own food-hunting journeys and share their top picks from around the globe. 

  1. Grackle

Grace Booth, aka Grackle, creates content encapsulating all elements of life, but huge is a huge focus on her YouTube channel and short-form platforms. Grace is extremely creative with her food content, always thinking up new ideas and creating new trends, for example, her ‘5 days eating a 1950’s diet’ video. 

Grace studied bakery at university, and this love of baking and creating delicious treats was even reflected in her recent pregnancy announcement where she iced pink and blue cookies to read ‘Baby on the way’. 

We enjoyed working with Grace in partnership with Adobe Express. She produced a YouTube video in which she used Adobe Express to design menus and a welcome sign for her first dinner party in her new home. 

  1. Sarah Ahn

Sarah Ahn is a passionate food influencer dedicated to sharing her mother’s cherished recipes. Through her platform, Ahnest Kitchen, she brings her beloved Korean family dishes to her audience, ensuring their legacy lives on. 

Sarah's mission is to celebrate her cultural heritage by offering these recipes to everyone, not keeping them just for herself. Her content is candid and honest, and she also occasionally shares her personal thoughts, adding a unique and personal touch to her videos. 

  1. Emma Peterson aka The Fit Londoner

Emma Peterson, known online as The Fit Londoner, is a food influencer who has captivated audiences on Instagram and YouTube. Based in London, Emma combines her passion for healthy living and delicious food, creating content that inspires her followers to embrace a balanced lifestyle.

Keith Lee’s food reviews have taken social media by storm! He started sharing his honest opinions on various restaurants and food products as a hobby, quickly attracting an invested audience. His thorough and relatable reviews highlight flavors, presentation, and the stories behind the food.

As part of our ongoing partnership with DoorDash, we have collaborated with Keith on multiple occasions to showcase the culinary delights you can order through the delivery service from local delights to America’s favorite chains.   

  1. Darion Frazier aka Bay Area Foodz

Darion, aka Bay Area Foodz is a food influencer best known for showcasing the culinary delights of the San Francisco Bay Area. Through his content, Darion takes his audience on a journey exploring the region’s diverse food scene. He shares authentic reviews as well as food photography, and his enthusiastic personality has made him a trusted voice among food enthusiasts. 

We worked with Darion on our ‘Dig In’ influencer campaign for Pepsi. The campaign aimed to celebrate black-owned restaurants in the US, inviting the influencers’ audience to nominate their favorite to be in for a chance of winning a suite full of prizes. 

  1. What Willy Cook 

What Willy Cook is a charismatic food influencer who has attracted a loyal following with his humorous puns, and twists on traditional dishes – aka ‘fajitasagne’ and tiramisu cheesecake. 

His fun, approachable style makes cooking accessible and enjoyable, and his passion for food shines through in every post. Willy is most active on TikTok, and Instagram, with a sprinkling of YouTube and podcasting too. 

Willy recently collaborated with Easyjet, leaning into the message that food is such an integral part of travel. In his comedic song about traveling and eating delicious cuisines, will spread the message about Easyjet’s latest sale in a way that is entertaining as well as encouraging consumers to check out the airline's fresh deals.
